We have taken best security measures to prevent fraudulent attempts.Qber is the web based solution which works over the internet. This generally raises a question of security measures taken in the product. Qber has covered by all the best standards of security measures exists. The devices (Kiosks, Counter App, Display Device) used in the system are very confidential that it works only if they are registered to the Qber system and it ensures no other can call, request or view the ticket by any other means. The Qber server sniffs each and all requests and ensures the request is coming from an authenticated source. The Qber system has a learning behavior to catch fraudulent attempts made by any users. User who doesn't show up in the organisation three times in a row will be blacklisted, and the system will restrict them to book again from their number. All the cancelled ticket owners are blacklisted by the system and the system will prevent them from using it, if they break the rules of ticket booking.
Multiple ways for a customer to book and track an appointment using Qber
Customer can take an appointment with different ways using Qber booking components. Qber Customer Smart App, Kiosk, Website Snippet, Telecall and IVR are the different ways to book an appointment using Qber.
  • Qber Customer App

    A smartphone app that can be placed in App Store, Play Store and Windows Store. The App welcomes you with a google maps page and will let you know the time taken to reach and route to the destination. The booking and tracking feature will solve the problems due to long queue in front of counters. The App will update the real-time appointment status and an estimated time to reach his turn.

  • Kiosk App

    Kiosk is also another booking model. Kiosk will be mostly placed in premises of organisation. We have two versions of software: an android version and a desktop version both will cover a wide range of devices and OS. This is pretty straight forward way to take an appointment. Eco-friendly ticket settings is a recommended feature to go green.

    Telephone Call

    Calling to organisation's booking terminal so the staff in the terminal can use the Qber system to book the appointment.

Multiple ways to a customer to know his turn
  • Counter App

    App used to call next ticket from the counter. App can be a desktop application installed in a desktop device (Linux, Windows or Mac) or an android application installed in Android device. This app will call the next ticket in ascending order. For every call, next request operating staff needs to be acknowledge whether attended or not. The app can also call any unattended ticket by manually entering the ticket number.

  • Display App

    Display app runs in big LCD screens. A 'ting-tong' call will be played when every new ticket call and recalls, intimating the customer to listen.

    The Display App will intimate the customer by calling his ticket number on other side the customer app will also update his ticket number. SMS notifications can also be enabled in Qber system so that the customer will be intimated by SMS.

Admin Panel - The Ship's Wheel
There is a dedicated admin application to monitor, configure, study and manage the queue management system. There are lots of features in admin, but listing the core features for Convenience:
  • Monitor live stats of: queue in front of each department, recently booked and called tickets, Department wise booked vs called tickets, device statistics (Counters, Kiosks and Displays) and booking based on modes (Smartphone, Kiosk, Telecall, ..)

  • Manage devices: all devices (Counter, Kiosk and Displays) are registered to the system for ensuring the security.

  • Configurations: everything can be configured. Counters, Kiosks, Displays, Departments, Sub-departments, Ads etc. can be easily configured to multiple dimensions to its assigned devices.

  • Reports: Graphical and tabular representation of detailed and summary reports over many dimensions of the system can be generated.

  • And lot more.

Setting up Qber
Setting up the system accordingly to the business needs is a simple and intuitive process with Qber.

Qber can be implemented in a cloud instance (recommended) or locally. Qber cloud service model ensures you the high availability of Qber queue system where the server will be maintained by us.?

If it is installed locally, it need a static IP address to the installed server. The devices (Counters, Kiosks and Displays) inside the organisation premises can communicate with local network, but Qber Customer App cannot. We will be flexible enough to manage and implement in an existing assets of the organisation.
